3. DON’T drink any caffeine, energy drinks or too much water before the appointment
Caffeine and Energy drinks could make :

-Eyelid Twitches: Caffeine triggers small muscle spasms and fluttering in your eyelids, even when your eyes are closed.

-Restlessness: It raises your heart rate and makes your body feel tense instead of relaxed.

-Harder Isolation: Your lash artist needs to isolate one single natural lash at a time. Moving or twitching eyes make this extreme precision very difficult.

-Fumes and Irritation: If your eyes flutter open even a tiny millimeter, strong adhesive fumes can get inside, causing stinging, redness, and watering.

-Longer Times: Constant movement forces your artist to work much slower, which can double your appointment time

-Don't Drink too much water to avoid frequently toilet break, is tottaly fine to ask for a bathroom during the appointment, your comfort is our priority 🤍

4. Come ALONE (for insurance purposes)
without any kind of eye make-up
comfortable outfits (hoodies are DISCOURAGED), bring EARPLUGS instead of HEADPHONE

5. Ask for bathroom (if needed) before we start

6. Enjoy a very relaxing LASH NAP

7. Wake up with beautiful fresh LASHES
