Client Spotlight | Hot Bread Kitchen
Since 2008, Hot Bread Kitchen has created economic opportunity in NYC through free culinary job skills training, food entrepreneurship programs, and support for people who face barriers to meaningful careers in food.
We were engaged by their team to develop a financial management curriculum for their Seed Program, a 12-week course covering the A to Z of launching a food business.
We’re incredibly proud to support Hot Bread Kitchen’s work equipping New Yorkers with the tools to build sustainable businesses and lasting careers in food, a mission very aligned with our own.
Client Spotlight | The Buttery
We worked with The Buttery owners and husband/wife duo John & Silenia to complete a brand refresh, updated collateral and refreshed website for their growing collection of scratch-made cafes on Pennsylvania’s Main Line.
With the opening of their newest cafe in Bryn Mawr, the owners wanted the brand to reflect their focus on craftsmanship and community.
We were thrilled to be a part of this project. If you’re in Pennsylvania, be sure to pop in to one of their locations in Malvern, Ardmore, and Bryn Mawr!

Client Spotlight | New Paltz Way Hotel
Now open in the Hudson Valley, is a boutique hotel and spa rooted in nature, movement, and rest. Just steps from the Wallkill Rail Trail, the hotel is designed for rail trail mornings, vinyl-filled evenings, and days spent between the mountains and the village.
We partnered with the New Paltz Way team on HR and a go-to-market campaign leading up to their opening on Water Street.
We’re excited to see New Paltz Way welcome guests this summer and become a new home base for weekends upstate, just 90 minutes north of NYC.

Congratulations to on being named #1 Pizza in the USA for 2026 — it is so well deserved.
We were proud to support the Una team with their HR foundation, building out their employee handbook and people operations infrastructure to help set the stage for everything they’ve built.
Thank you to Anthony & Christina for trusting us to be part of it.

Client Spotlight | Amoroso’s
We recently worked with , President & COO, and the team to complete a brand and website refresh for , a Philly-based baking company that’s been family-owned and operated for over 120 years.
The goal was to create a fresh and user-friendly aesthetic that honored the heritage of the brand and their focus on quality.
We were thrilled to be a part of this project and proud to see the work out in the world.

We had such an energizing few days at connecting with operators, builders, and leaders who are shaping the future of independent hospitality.
joined conversations on building systems that support teams instead of burning them out, shared a look ahead to what hospitality might feel like in 2036, and dug into how AI can be used thoughtfully to make businesses more efficient while keeping the human touch at the center.
Endlessly grateful to the organizers of This is Fab for creating a space for women in food and beverage to learn from one another.
We’re heading home inspired to keep building the infrastructure, tools, and systems that help independent hospitality thrive.

Congratulations to and the entire team on being named #4 on the Restaurants list – it is so well deserved.
We were honored to play a small part in supporting this extraordinary team as they stepped into their new home on Leonidas Street, after 3.5 years on Magazine Street. We built their Service & Culture Training to reflect the two guest experiences they are offering in the new space: a tasting menu, as well as a new, more casual a la carte menu. The experience in both spaces is deeply informed by Senegalese traditions and the spirit of Teranga, which it sits at the heart of everything they do. Thank you to Effie and Sergine for trusting us to help bring it to life.
Our Art Director + Designer worked with ) and the@qualitybrandednyc team to develop a visual brand identity for Bad Roman, located in NYC’s Columbus Circle. Bringing this Maximalist Italian restaurant brand to life was an incredibly fun exercise in creativity and design. From logos, typography, and colors; to menus, plateware, signage, and more – we love seeing this brand living and breathing in the world. Congratulations to the entire Bad Roman team on opening their second location this week – this time in Beverly Hills.
Client Spotlight | Magdalena
Behind some of New Orleans’ most beloved bars (Jewel of the South, Cane & Table, Manolito), most recently opened something new in Indianapolis, and it’s exactly as good as you’d hope.
We worked with Nick to build a new home for .indy online: one that captures their thoughtful Ohio River Valley food program and robust, classic-rooted cocktails, while making it seamless to make a reservation and inquire about private events.
Be sure to pay them a visit the next time you’re in Indianapolis!
