I feel like the seed of doubt is planted from the beginning of pregnancy.

‘Do this.’ ‘Don’t do this.’ And on it goes.

Then there’s the comparison with other moms and parents, ‘Am I a bad parent for not doing it that way?’

But let me tell you, no one knows your child like you do. And you are allowed to follow your intuition when it’s comes to parenting ✨

I had pregnancies that I mostly just survived, and it is my mission to help pregnant folks thrive (or at the very least feel supported and a bit better in their bodies) ✨

Getting enough support during your pregnancies can be a game changer and it’s something I wish for all those on the journey!

I feel like every ‘realistic’ GRWM is then followed by 15-20 products and steps 😂😂😂
