As you may already be aware, I have had to make the very difficult decision to close our salon in Alexandria. There have been many factors which have contributed to this decision but it has been heartbreaking for me. I can only thank all of our customers who have shown us so much support and kindness over the years. This really has meant the world to us.

We will be closing the doors to the salon on Friday 28th August. However, we are all going to be carrying on with our own separate businesses - we are not disappearing completely! If you have an appointment already booked from September onwards, it is highly likely that this booking will go ahead but if you have any concerns, please speak to the member of staff you have your treatment booked with. All members of staff will be contacting their own clients to advise of their new workplace.

I will be carrying on with the Luscious name which has been my business from the very beginning when I was based from home. Ruth and I will be sharing a room in Broadmeadow Industrial Estate, Dumbarton. We will be based just above Savage Performance gym to allow us to continue doing the job we love. We will still continue to use the booking system. All nail treatments are available to book online however, toes and beauty treatments will be need to be booked directly with ourselves while we get settled in.

This is such a difficult post to write. I am heartbroken to announce the closure of the salon.

From beginning Luscious in my home salon 9 years ago, I’m so proud of the business I have built and how far it has come. It has certainly been a rollercoaster with many great times however, it has just become far too difficult to continue.

I would like to thank all of our fantastic clients who have been so supportive of us all throughout the years. Without yourselves, the salon wouldn’t have been so successful. We have formed such close bonds with our clients with many becoming good friends to us.

It really does break my heart that this is the end of the salon and it has not been an easy decision to make. We will close by the end of August.

Moving forward, the team and I are transitioning into our next steps independently. We would be deeply grateful for your continued support as we begin these new chapters.

If you have an appointment booked or you’re looking to book, please direct your enquiries to the member of staff who you have your appointment with. The girls will be advising clients of their future locations as soon as possible. Enquiries will still be monitored through the Luscious social pages and website and passed to the appropriate staff member to ensure you can still keep your treatments up to date.

We will try to make the process as smooth as possible but please be patient with us during this tricky time. We look forward to seeing you again in our new places.
