You really need to understand that men notice women who know their worth.
A woman who has standards, boundaries, self-respect, and knows what she brings to the table carries herself differently.
If you keep limiting yourself, accepting anything, and constantly lowering your standards just to keep a man, don’t be surprised when he starts seeing you as less.
Know your worth. Set your standards. And have the courage to walk away from anything that requires you to shrink yourself.

Exposure will save you from a lot of bu****it.
The more you see, learn, experience, and understand, the harder it becomes for people to manipulate you with nonsense.
Exposure teaches you that not every relationship deserves to be saved.
Not every apology deserves another chance.
Not every person who smiles with you is genuinely for you.
And not every opportunity that looks good is actually good for you.
Sometimes, you don't need more advice.
You simply need to see more of the world.
Travel. Learn. Meet people. Read. Ask questions. Experience life.
Because ignorance can make you tolerate things you would never accept if you knew better.
Expose yourself to more, and you'll stop settling for less.

Discipline Without Destruction
Discipline your child, but don’t destroy their self-worth with your words.
Correct them when they do wrong. Set boundaries. Let them understand that their actions have consequences.
But please, mind what you say to them...especially when you’re angry.
“Stop being stupid.”
“You’re useless.”
“You’ll never amount to anything.”
“I’m tired of you.”
“You’re a bad child.”
Those words may leave your mouth in seconds, but they can stay in a child’s heart for years.
Your child needs correction, but they also need to know:
“I made a mistake, but I am not a mistake.”
Discipline the behaviour.
Don’t destroy the child.
Because one day, the anger will pass… but the words you used may become the voice they hear inside their own head.
Choose your words carefully. ❤️
