Most people think they're healthy... until one small symptom changes everything.

What's one health question you've always wanted to ask a nurse but felt too embarrassed to ask?

No judgment here. Ask away in the comments, and I'll answer as many as I can. ❤️👇

Patient (shouting):
“Nurse! Nurse!! Come ooo! Something is wrong!”
👩🏽‍⚕️ Nurse Nnenna (rushes in):
“What happened sir?!”
🧔🏽‍♂️ Patient (pointing at IV):
“My blood has finished! Look! The bag is empty!”
👩🏽‍⚕️ Nurse Nnenna (looks… then sighs):
“Sir… that is not your blood. That is your drip.”
🧔🏽‍♂️ Patient (confused):
“So… I’m not dying?”
👩🏽‍⚕️ Nurse Nnenna:
“Not today sir. You’re just hydrated.”
🧔🏽‍♂️ Patient:
“But why didn’t it stop by itself?!”
👩🏽‍⚕️ Nurse Nnenna (adjusting line):
“It did stop. That’s why you called me.”
👨🏽‍⚕️ Another patient from the next bed:
“Nurse, please check my own before it finishes my destiny.”
👩🏽‍⚕️ Nurse Nnenna (laughing):
“All of you, calm down. Nobody is losing blood today!

Nurse Nnenna (checking vitals):
“Good morning sir, how did you sleep?”
🧔🏽‍♂️ Patient (serious face, holding phone):
“I didn’t sleep well… I’ve diagnosed myself.”
👩🏽‍⚕️ Nurse Nnenna (pauses):
“…Okay sir, what did you find?”
🧔🏽‍♂️ Patient:
“It’s not malaria. It’s a rare disease… I saw it on Google. Something like… Hyper… hyper…”
👩🏽‍⚕️ Nurse Nnenna:
“Hypertension?”
🧔🏽‍♂️ Patient:
“No no… worse than that. Google said I have only 3 days.”
👩🏽‍⚕️ Nurse Nnenna (trying not to laugh):
“Sir… what are your symptoms?”
🧔🏽‍♂️ Patient:
“Headache, small fever, and my body is doing somehow.”
👩🏽‍⚕️ Nurse Nnenna:
“So basically… malaria.”
🧔🏽‍♂️ Patient (defensive):
“But Google said—”
👩🏽‍⚕️ Nurse Nnenna (collects phone gently):
“Sir, if Google was a doctor, this hospital would close.”
👨🏽‍⚕️ Doctor walks in:
“What’s going on here?”
👩🏽‍⚕️ Nurse Nnenna:
“Doctor, our patient has graduated from Google University.”
🧔🏽‍♂️ Patient:
“But I researched!”
👨🏽‍⚕️ Doctor:
“Good. Now let us treat the real illness.”
👩🏽‍⚕️ Nurse Nnenna (smiling):
“Next time sir, consult us before consulting your data.

POV: You’re just minding your business and cough small… 😭

🤧 coughs

🚶🏽‍♀️ freezes

😳 “Wait… what was that??”

💧💧

Ahhh… motherhood really humbled me 😭

Nobody told me that after giving birth, ordinary cough can turn to “mini flood” 💀

If you relate, you’re not alone!
It’s called stress urinary incontinence — and yes, it’s VERY common after childbirth.

What helped me:
✔️ Kegel exercises (don’t skip this o!)
✔️ Not holding urine for too long
✔️ Taking care of my cough early

Motherhood is beautiful… but ah! the hidden struggles 😭❤️

Tag a mama that needs to see this!

“They are my support system.”

👨🏽 Uncle:
“I’m her husband.”

👩🏽‍🦳 Grandma:
“I trained her.”

👦🏽 Child:

👩🏽‍🦱 Aunty (serious):
“They all need to hear what the doctor will say.”

👩🏽‍⚕️ Nnenna:
“Madam, what exactly is the problem?”

👩🏽‍🦱 Aunty:
“I have headache.”

(Everyone gasps like it’s breaking news 😭)

👨🏽 Uncle:
“I told her it’s serious!”

👩🏽‍🦳 Grandma:
“It started from childhood!”

👦🏽 Child:
“Mummy, will you die?? 😭”

👩🏽‍⚕️ Nnenna (holding her head):
“Jesus… it’s paracetamol you need, not village meeting 😂”

POV: One patient, whole family consultation 🤣
