Alam n’yo ba may isang food delivery rider na hindi lang hindi binayaran ang order—hinagisan pa ng pagkain at siya pa ang napilitang kumain nito?
Nag-deliver siya ng order na halos ₱800 ang halaga. Dahil natagalan sa biyahe, nagalit ang customer at agad itong pina-cancel.
Pero hindi doon nagtapos.
Sa harap niya, hinagis ang pagkain.
Nakiusap pa ang rider—
“Sir, huwag naman po… sayang po.”
Umaasa siyang maaawa ang customer, lalo na’t siya ang mag-aabono kapag nakansela ang order.
Pero nanatiling matigas ang customer.
Hindi binayaran. Hindi tinanggap ang pagkain.
Kaya napilitan ang rider na pulutin ang mga nagkalat na pagkain sa kalsada.
At sa huli…
kinain na lang niya ito.
Hindi dahil gusto niya—
kundi dahil siya pa rin ang sasalo ng gastos.
Sa isang iglap, ang buong araw ng pagod sa init ng kalsada…
nauwi sa lugi, hiya, at sakit ng loob.
Isang simpleng order para sa iba—
pero para sa isang rider, iyon na ang kabuhayan niya sa isang araw.
Kaya paalala lang—
konting pag-unawa, malaking bagay na.
Kasi sa bawat delivery…
may taong umaasang maayos na matatapos ang araw niya. 💛
