I was recently informed by my cardiologist that I have varicose veins (however I do not come into agreement with that 🙏🏾) — and it’s a reminder that prolonged sitting AND standing takes a real toll on our bodies over time. We pour so much into our clients, but we have to pour into ourselves first.
