A little look at what helps my mental health 💗
For me, it’s not always the big things. It’s moving my body, spending time with good people, getting outside, cuddles with Mort & Mindy, switching off with something I enjoy, having a day to myself… and a little pampering every now and then.
The little things really can make a big difference. 💕
