If you ever need to cancel, modify your booking or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible. This gives us the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client who may be waiting for a spot.

We completely understand that sickness and unexpected things happen, and we will always do our very best to accommodate you.

You’ll receive a confirmation text message before your appointment. We kindly ask that you reply as soon as possible, as this helps us keep our salon running smoothly and gives us time to fill your appointment if needed.

For cancellations or rescheduling, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice wherever possible. Thank you so much for your understanding, kindness, and continued support. We truly appreciate each and every one of you. 🤍
