We completely understand that life happens, kids get sick, work runs late and unexpected things pop up. I always try my best to be as understanding and accommodating as possible.

But lately, late cancellations, no-shows and running very late to appointments has become next level. As a small business, this is my livelihood. I have staff to pay, bills to cover and appointment times that could have been offered to other clients.
