Mint Hair allocates time for your personal appointment exclusively to you & often have a wait list of guests. When Mint Hair books you appointment we guarantee you this time to look after your needs. Mint Hair now sends two confirmation texts to you, one two days prior to your scheduled appointment & we ask you to respond "yes" or "no" to the sms confirmation to automatically confirm or cancel your appointment. If you do not respond to the first confirmation text you will receive a second confirmation text to confirm your appointment, if not confirmed your appointment will then be canceled. Cancellations have a significant impact on our operations therefore we need to endorse our cancellation policy and trust you understand our need to do so.
