Just want to share this post to remind you to look after yourself. And in some circumstances, you also need to focus on yourself first, self care is vital 💗

I’ve actually been pretty sick over the last 2 weeks 😷
Between 1st vaccination and viral flu, body just feel really weak and tired. The constant sore throat, runny nose, congestion + ear ache, headache, definitely haven’t been fun. The whole family has also been sick, plus still have to manage between work, household, lockdown, I decided to also take a break from Social since mentally was really what I needed. Couldn’t cope with anything more.

Now slowly on the road to recovery, did my COVID test too, luckily results is negative, so it’s just a really nasty flu. Now can breathe and feel so much better, feel like I am recharged and can face the world and challenge again.

Sorry haven’t been posting and doing any engagement. Can see some accounts follow and drop off. Thanks for your support if you’ve just follow and sorry that I couldn’t produce any content over last 2 weeks also. And sorry couldn’t show much support to the accounts I am following to like your post or share some comments or even do any shopping!
