Friday night I smashed a goal!
I took part in Perth Boxing, Muay Thai, S&C Hit Out! 🥊
3 rounds under fight conditions with an audience have to say was the most terrifying, exciting mind messing night!
I have sooo meany thank you’s, as it has taken a team to get me here!
So thank you Whitney | Muay Thai & Boxing for making this happen and believing I can do this! Jake Garner for putting up with my s**t in class and reminding me to breath! Owen Chandler for telling me I can achieve this from the start and supporting me all the way! And __sarahsharpe for agreeing to step in when my last match dropped out, and just being a good human! Last week I had the opportunity to attend Galderma’s anatomy workshop.
Was such a good learning opportunity, really enjoyed the day.
Train the trainer and then Asia Masterclass was fantastic, the standard of content was excellent and I can’t wait to share some of the key takeaways.
I love mixing science & art.
