🤍 Lather your shampoo in your hands before it touches your scalp
🤍 Towel dry in the shower before applying any treatment
🤍 Apply conditioner/treatment mid-lengths to ends, then comb through
🤍 Leave it on for 5 minutes minimum — don’t rush the rinse
🤍 Rinse longer than you think you need to, especially around your bonds

FREE HAIRCUT DAY 🤍

We’re so excited to announce the first ever Bonded Community Event, created for our local community and centred around something simple that can make a big difference: helping people feel good about themselves.

On Saturday 26 September from 1pm, we’ll be at Plus Fitness North Ipswich offering FREE basic haircuts for men, women, girls and boys, plus a sausage sizzle and drinks.

There is no cost, no judgement and no expectation. Just come as you are.

We’d especially love to welcome support workers, carers and the people they support. If you work with someone who would benefit from a fresh haircut, a little confidence boost or simply getting out into the community, please bring them along.

We’re opening this event up to everyone in our wider community, so please share this post with anyone who might benefit, including local support workers, carers, families, community groups and organisations.
