Welcome to Pamper & Peace, Specialising in luxury EVO treatments, hair cutting, colouring and styling in a fully functioning and professional home salon. My shelves are now stocked with a beautiful range of products and gifts, each product serves a purpose and has been extremely well thought out to suit every person who walks through my door. (New exciting stock coming soon)
*EVO professional hair products all products are sulphate, paraben, dea, tea and propylene glycol FREE to make your day a little bit safer. All packaging is 100% recyclable and any damaged stock goes straight to the homeless community. Evo is NOT tested on animals and uses natural ingredients wherever possible. Best of all it's made in ADELAIDE, some in Melbourne and only one product is made in America to ensure the quality is correct. There IS palm oil in a couple of the products but let me assure you that it is sourced from purpose built, sustainable forests and no animals habitats are being destroyed. Every product on my shelves is made locally and most of them are small businesses like myself, I carefully chose each product to make my clients feel Pampered, cared for and relaxed. my mission is to help people of all walks of life and for clients to leave with much,much more than a haircut without breaking the bank. My inspiration to begin with was to give mothers a safe salon to visit that was welcoming of their children no matter how big or small, I have a kids play room joined to my salon, fully equipped with floor mats, wooden and educational toys and gated from the rest of my house, there is a child safety gate and all my shelving separating the two spaces but children can see and communicate with their parents extremely easy but of course are allowed into the salon if that's where they and mother feel most comfortable. I welcome absolutely anyone through my doors that understands my vision, woman, men and children. You will usually receive a hot towel treatment while I make you any cup of tea or coffee you desire. Soft music will be playing and there is always a candle or two burning to add warmth and care, no one leaves until their hair is perfectly cut, coloured and/or styled and most people will feel so comfortable that they don't want to leave. My hours are suited around my 3 children and the working mum life balance
Tues/Wed/Thurs 9-3:15
Friday 9-5:30
I don’t do weddings or special occasions outside of those hours for that reason. Can’t wait to see you all, bring love to your hair and talk about all the taboo, left of centre, every day quirks of life. Where’s my therapist degree at? �

Annnnnd that’s a wrap! What an enormous year it’s been. I’m so grateful to have been able to keep my books closed and fill every single spot. What a total delight it is to be able to walk across the driveway to the salon and have it constantly filled with amazing people. Thank you so much for all the stories shared, the patience, time and support you’ve all poured into my business.
This year has felt a little turbulent at times and to have you all by my side has been nothing short of amazing.
December for us in the hair industry is always, without a doubt the busiest time of the year and the amount of organising that takes goes on quietly behind the scenes. The last 6months have been geared towards and planned out for a packed Christmas season. I love making you all feel lovely for all your events. NEXT Christmas (2026) is already mostly filled along with most of the year which is just incredible.
Thank you for the extra little gifts and hugs, you’re just the bloody best!!!
I’ll be back in the salon Jan 6th and look forward to seeing you all again, you can fill me in on all the love and chaos. In the meantime I’m so excited to spend some slow days with my family and… have a little rest!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS! Stay safe and pop your feet up. # # # LOVE YOU!

Let’s start over hey? It’s really me, Mel and the following message should prove this to you all-
I wish I had the time and patience and tech abilities to work out what on earth happened to my usual Instagram but here we are. I’ve decided to just start all over again and give up on the gruelling process of Instagram/meta dead ends.
With the new salon, let’s start a new page hey!
It’s hurting to not have my renovation videos back but I guess I can make them all over again.. if I ever get 6months off of work. I put my blood, sweat and tears into building and decorating the space and it was great to have the fun videos to go with the progress but not all’s lost, I still have all my brilliant clients and friends and a beautiful place to see you all in. Follow along as I forget about this page too and sporadically post hair pictures and over share personal stories.

Soo.. my instagram’s gone with a rejected review, somehow hair and renovating is violating standards. I’m at a loss of what to do or how to get it back as it now says “disabled”. For any messages please either text on 0412917002 or direct message this page’s inbox.
I’ll be devastated if the renovation journey is gone forever but do we just surrender and start all over again? 😭🤬🤯
