On a deeply personal note, we hate to have to do this...but due to an overwhelming number of recent no-shows, we’re implementing a small cancellation fee and requiring a credit card on file when booking appointments.

Because every client’s hair is different — and timing varies from person to person — we handle all bookings directly to make sure you get the right amount of time in our chair.

To protect our stylists’ time (especially when they prep colour or drive in specifically for your appointment), we now require a credit card on file to secure bookings.

Our new cancellation fees are:
• $25 for haircut appointments
• $50 for colour services

Your card will only be charged if an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

We’ve reshaped the menu to make sure it serves you beautifully, featuring clear styling options and a dedicated line for our seamless Bleach & Tone blondes.

Welp! The time has come, the holiday season is over and it’s back to school for not only the kids, but for me as well! My schedule is back to working Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
