​A credit card on file is required for new clients and accounts with prior late cancellations or no-shows.

​Please confirm your appointment within 3 hours of booking to prevent automatic cancellation.

​Free cancellation is available up to 12 hours before your service.

​Cancellations under 12 hours notice incur a CA$ 25 fee.

​No-shows will be charged 50% of the appointment value.
