This post isn’t about fear, hate or spite…. It’s about power in our decisions, it’s about sticking together, it’s about the bigger picture and what matters. Maybe it’s a wake up call to be more intentional.

There have been a lot of so-called wake up calls over the last 7-8 years and maybe this is another?! 🤔

But all we know is that it’s more important now than ever before to buy local, support local, and keep our Canadian dollars WITHIN Canada as much as we can.

So we challenge you to stop and think before you buy. Think: where was this made? How was it made? Where will this company spend my money once they receive it? Am I supporting my Country? Am I supporting my health?

Because if you have money, however much or however little, then you have POWER. Use it wisely 😉

One of my favourite healing plant medicines - Calendula or Calendula officinalis.

She is strong and powerful, while still being gentle and soft. Shes an unsung hero, often being overlooked or disregarded, yet she packs a punch when put to the test in products such as lotions, salves or soaps.

We add this infused flower oil to our positive vibes soap for healing benefits and help with getting that natural yellow color without artificial dyes.

We also use her in all of our salves (which are currently discontinued) but you can DM us if interested and we may look at bringing them back 😉

Dishwasher detergent but without the chemical after taste!

Yesterday was pure magic!

Surrounded by nature at the beautiful Aldor Acres, nestled beside the peacock pen and among the farm animals, we spent the day connecting with the wild plants growing all around us and transforming them into nourishing herbal creations.

Together we crafted a high-mineral apple cider vinegar infused with cleavers, stinging nettle, dandelion, and plantain; a soothing facial toner with wild rose, lavender, and chamomile; personalized tea blends tailored to our individual needs; herbal-infused bath salts; and even our own energetic flower essences.
More than just making products, we shared stories, laughter, knowledge, and connection. There’s something so special about gathering with like-minded people, learning from the plants, and remembering the abundance that nature offers us.

We left feeling uplifted, inspired, and grounded, taking home our handmade goodies (and then some!), along with new friendships and beautiful memories.
