You don’t have to leave Chilliwack to get away 🌄

Come warm up in the sauna, choose your level of cold, then slow everything down hearing the sounds of the river. No experience required. No pressure to prove anything. Ice is always optional.

Your session includes a robe, towel, water and tea…

All you need to bring is a bathing suit and a little courage.

90-minute session $48 + GST.
120-minute session $68 + GST.
