Due to a significant increase in last-minute cancellations and missed appointments, we are implementing a revised policy to ensure we can continue providing timely care to all our patients. Moving forward, if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please notify us via phone, email, or voicemail at least **24 hours in advance**.

Failure to provide 24-hour notice or failing to show for an appointment will result in a **$50 booking fee**. This fee must be settled either over the phone or in person prior to scheduling any future appointments. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping us maintain an efficient schedule for everyone.
