Part Time Admin Receptionist Required - Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 am 1:30 Some flexibility in working hours. Rate of pay depends upon experience.

• Administrative/reception experience mandatory,
• Graduate of a recognized Office Administration program with at least 2 years experience
• You are proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, Excel, emails, internet and have demonstrated data entry skills. A willingness to learn new things is essential.
• Strong working knowledge of computers
• Experience with Quick books, and strong bookkeeping skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Capable of managing multiple priorities
• Able to fill orders and complete the sale
• Inventory control
• Experience required with Scheduling appointments /rebooking and receiving payments
• Social media skills an asset
• Tidy area and laundry as required general

Receptionist is responsible to provide efficient customer service, both in person and by telephone, in a professional and courteous manner. You have good communication skills, self-starter and are capable of working with minimum supervision, dependable and exercise sound judgment. You are known for your ability to maintain the highest quality work standards. Typing of correspondence, minutes, creating forms and reports, maintaining client database and generating reports, as well as filing, photocopying and related duties as required.
Hours for this position will vary. As a Receptionist you are the first point of contact for all clients and provide general administrative duties. This role requires a strong sense of organizational skills and the ability to adjust to new and changing tasks. Your duties will include greeting clients, handling and directing incoming calls, filing, couriers, sorting mail, ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment.

How does Electrolysis work?
Using modern technology, skilled Electrologists will permanently remove unwanted hair from the face or body.
