Today is a harvest day at home !

I am starting my day off with a fresh BLT with tomatoes and lettuce from my garden and fresh sourdough bread baked from the talented Krystal at Ostara Acres! If you haven’t tried her sourdough goodies I highly recommend that you do! And of course you cannot forget about coffee in my Costa Rica mug wishing it was this time last year and I was packing to go somewhere cool for the end of the growing season ! 😂

Morning everyone I have been healing well and returning to massaging as of Sunday! There is still spots available and I will be playing catch up this week! Starting in October the schedule will be fully open for massages mainly evenings and weekends. I am still wrapping up my last landscape project that is taking longer than expected with rain and my injury. Have a wonderful day everyone!

Temperatures are dropping this evening so today is a good day to harvest those tomatoes and peppers ! Pick all your tomatoes even the green ones. Store them in a cardboard box or a paper bag and place with a ripe banana to increase ethylene being released and ripening your tomatoes faster!
