Due to some recent events my schedule is going to be changing.

What a day!!!

My last shift of 2025 was not what I thought it would be! We started our day with .yql being broken into at 5 am. Our till was emptied, all of my clippers were stolen along with another stylist few items gone. Thankfully no products were taken and the shop wasn’t trashed.

Going into work not knowing how much damage was done I was so upset when finding out all my tools were gone. The tools I’ve worked hard to buy for myself to do my best at what I do! As the day went on we had an outpouring amount of support through our community, messages, snacks, donations, all the kind words from our friends and local businesses! It was so humbling to see.

With the help of Lethbridge police our officer who took our case worked hard and by the afternoon, the man who broke in and violated our place of work was taken into custody and along with that my tools were found! Happiness is an understatement!

Today was a whirlwind! But even in the craziest of times the community we have is always reminding me how much small businesses have each others backs and supports eachother. So thank you to everyone who reached out today and for everyone who so generously helped make today better. We are so so thankful for you all.

My sweet girl Bella came to the shop today! She did SO GOOD! You may see her here and there. She’s my old gal and timid at first but loves pets! She needs a little extra care right now so will be in the shop tomorrow 🩷
