Stéphanie provides various therapeutic services such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, myofascial release techniques, perinatal massage which includes high risk pregnancy, pediatric massage as well as labour support (doula). Stéphanie has been a reiki practitioner since 2016 which can also be incorporated as part of your treatment plan. Whether for discomfort, anxiety or self-care, each treatment she provides is unique to her client’s needs.
