After 11.5 years, I am excited, yet sad to announce that I will be moving on from downtown Orillia to go back to school and try something new. It was a very hard decision as I am very proud of what I have built over the years. I have had the pleasure of meeting and spending time with each and every one of my guests who have become friends over the last 11.5 years and I will miss seeing you all very much.

I will be in the salon until June 30th. If you would like to book an appointment before I finish, please call the shop at 705-259-0082 as availability is limited.

There will be someone taking over and continuing this locations legacy, as a barbershop. I will share more details as they become available!

It's been a long haul for everyone but I'm excited to say, I will finally be reopening in July! I will begin contacting everyone that had previous appointments booked followed by those that called to leave their number over the last couple of months. As I am only one person, I will require some time to contact everyone so I have decided to begin booking appointments starting the week of July 6th.

I have had a lot of interest regarding in-home services. Once we enter stage 2 of reopening I will be offering more in-home services, locally, upon request for an additional fee. Therefore, I will be operating by appointment only throughout the summer so I can try to accommodate everyone's preferred time!

Ontario extends stay-at-home order for an additional two weeks

Once again, due to the provincial lockdown, I am temporarily closed.

As of next week, Simcoe/Muskoka will be placed in the red restriction level which means I will be able to next week! I will begin contating people on my call-back list, in order, beginning tomorrow. I will continue to operate on a by appointment only basis for the time being but I look forward to seeing you all very soon!

In light of the announcement of another impending lockdown, I encourage anyone who would like to get in before Christmas to please call the shop at 705-259-0082. I will be checking messages often and will try my hardest to accommodate everyone before we are ordered to close.

Once the lockdown begins, I will start making a call back list and adding anyone that leaves their name and number at the salon. When we are allowed to return, I will call everyone on the list to set up an appointment.

I have made it through a very long list of people to book in and ploughed through two weeks of appointments so far! I do have some availability next week (July 7th - 11th) for those still looking to secure an appointment.

What a great first day back! The phone was ringing off the hook! I apologize if I missed you as I was too busy to answer but I will be checking the messages shortly and contacting everyone that was able to leave a message. Thank you all for being so patient with me!

ATTENTION

As expected, your visit to the salon will look a little bit different than before. I want to assure everyone that I will be disinfecting between every client including equipment, chairs, surfaces, door handles inside and out, etc. If I have forgotten anything I will be sure to update you as needed.

PLEASE WEAR A MASK WHEN ENTERING THE SHOP. I have hand sanitizer available as you walk in.

I have decided to implement a 10% COVID fee. I thought about this long and hard as this was a difficult decision. This is to help recover some of the extra costs for PPE, cleaning supplies and extra spacing needed for heightened disinfection. I decided to go with a fee rather than raising prices in hope that if/when everything goes back to normal, so can our prices.

At this time I am only taking appointments and there will be no waiting area as per guidance from the Province. Please call the shop at 705-259-0082 and I will do my best to fit you in.
