Scheduled appointments have a 15-minute grace period... to allow for a thorough cleaning between clients. One late client can throw off my entire schedule and it is not fair to the other clients. If you arrive 15 minutes late, I reserve the right to refuse service. You can cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance which gives me time to offer your time to another client. If you have an appointment that you don’t cancel and don’t show up for, I will require a non-refundable no- show fee of $50.00. before you can rebook. This fee covers the cost for not showing and will not be applied to another nail appointment. Upon arrival to my studio please wash your hands in the washroom before we begin service. MASKS – A mask must be worn during your complete appointment. Please bring a mask to your appointment if you do not have one, I will provide you with the first one. After that, they will be available for purchase at $5.00. I am booking longer appointment times to allow time for sanitation and cleaning between clients. I have always used hospital grade sanitizers and disinfectants. I will be sanitizing all the touch points and surfaces. Swatch sticks of colors will no longer be available to touch. Please come prepared with an idea, a picture from Online or my page has lots of ideas all with colors I have available. If you have polish on, please remove it before your 1st initial appointment. I do not do acrylics so if you have acrylic nails, you must have that removed prior to your appointment. Clients MUST reschedule appointments if they are not feeling well or have come in contact with someone who has tested COVID positive within the last 10 days, or you have traveled within the last 14 days.

I will waive last minute cancellations fees if you are not feeling well, DO NOT COME SICK. Understand that frequent cancellations will result in a no booking status as per above. This is my home I need to do the best I can to keep myself and my family safe as well as my clients. - No food or drink

- I only allow the client at the appointment. Please remember that my business number is also my personal cell phone. So texts sent before 8 am or after 7pm or on my days off will not be answered until my business hours. Thank you for understanding my rules to my Nail Hut
