Effectively immediately I would like to let clients know there is a chance your appointment may get cancelled and rescheduled for a later date.

We are dealing with a personal matter at home concerning one of our senior pets.

Please know if I have to cancel your appointment last minute that I will get back to you and get that appointment rescheduled as soon as I am able. If by some chance If I miss contacting you ahead of time this is my formal apology.

Unfortunately, I cannot control the unknown timeline and I would ask for your understanding going forward.
