I strongly advise people to be very careful before dealing with Audi Thornhill, especially if you are considering an Audi Q5.
My previous Q5/2024 was replaced with a 2025 Q5, and I was told by 👉Mark/Hooman Zehtabi it would be better and have fewer issues. However, he did not clearly told that the new vehicle had fewer options, including no remote starter and reduced features.
The vehicle has had serious electrical/system issues, including the car stopping/malfunctioning in the middle of the road. I have videos and sent them to the dealership, but I still have no proper resolution.

I was also told by 👉Mark/Hooman Zehtabi ,that I could do oil changes anywhere, but now Audi Thornhill says they cannot reset/finalize my oil service alert because the oil change was not done by them. Even Charles from service did not seem aware of this when I spoke with him.

***I spoke with 👉Jordan Lee- General manager, I got in lots of trouble, 👉Fabian Guidan, Service manager- 👉Charles Lui, sales manager but definitely they just think about sales!
