1. Facials ~ 3-5 days before, not day-of

2. Dermaplaning ~ same timing, removed peach fuzz and dead, dry skin, for a flawless makeup application

3. Professional brow shaping ~ 2-3 days before, gives redness/irritation time to settle and lets brows “relax” into shape before makeup

4. Hydration ~ daily water + moisturizer for a dewy canvas

5. Gentle exfoliation ~ 2-3 days prior, not morning-of

6. Skip new products ~ no new actives (retinol, acids) 48 hours out

7. Drink water, skip the alcohol ~ dehydration shows up on skin fast
