My Mr .Wonderful took a course in Mixology.
He spends the week thinking about flavours, garnishes, and wow factor to create something fantastic. ... He's getting ready for his retirement gig (a cidery) and writing a Mixology recipe book.

Some relationships don’t feel hard because love is gone.
They feel hard because we are tired, distracted, overwhelmed…
and suddenly we are not rowing in the same direction anymore.
Not broken.
Just out of sync.
And when that happens, even a beautiful life can start to feel exhausting.
Sometimes the goal isn’t a dramatic fix.
Sometimes it’s simply this:
pause, talk, & paddle together again
Because connection feels different when you stop fighting the current — and start moving as a team.

Sometimes you just need a random Wednesday,
and a different route home to say…
“Let’s stop.”
Take the detour.
Pull into the little place you’ve driven past 100 times.
Order the coffee.
Walk the trail.
Watch the sunset.
Stay for 20 minutes longer than you planned.
Because some of the best adventures aren’t booked months in advance.
They happen when two people decide the ordinary day doesn’t have to stay ordinary. ❤️

Today is National Hand Holding Day. 🤝❤️
Funny how something so small can still say so much.
Walking through a parking lot.
Sitting beside each other.
Heading out on an adventure.
That little reach across the console in the car.
No big romantic gesture.
No special occasion.
Sometimes your hand just finds theirs.
And somehow it still says…
I’m here.
I choose you.
We’re still us. ❤️
So today, reach for their hand.
And maybe don’t stop there. 😉🔥

How many times have we said “someday”....
Someday when work isn't so busy.
Someday when we have more energy.
Someday when life settles down.
But maybe life doesn't really settle down.
Maybe we just have to stop waiting for the perfect time to start having fun together again. ❤️

PLAY in Marriage
Isn't sending your husband reels from the couch, while he's sitting six feet away....
Somewhere along the way, sending each other reels became quality time.
We love reels too... but we're pretty sure we can do better. 😉

Celebrating all mother's everywhere because without the womb and nourishment from the mothers body none of us would be here.
Regardless of the circumstances of your conception and birth. Without your mother, you would fail to exist.
Mama's do more than just wipe snotty noses, pack school lunches, wash dishes, and chauffeur kids around.
They are the backbone and infrastructure of every infant, child, and home.
Being a mother is the most challenging and rewarding experience and gift.
None of us are perfect at being a mom.
It's why we have this community.
Once a mom, always a mom. Babies grow into adults and have their own kids, and even in menopause, we still hold the most honouring name of mom.
Together we can nurture, discover, learn, and redirect as necessary.
Together we are part of the beautiful community of women and moms, lifting and holding each other's heads, chin's, and hearts higher.
Celebrating you mama! You are amazing!
