Hey everyone! 👋 It's me! I know I've been a bit quiet lately, but I've been enjoying some much-needed family time this summer, recharging and focusing on self-care. I also had the pleasure of running a 6-week "Stress Busters" program in Inverclyde with some incredible women! Got involved in some amazing events providing treatments.I even got to visit Alternatives' living room in Dalmuir – seriously, if you haven't been, you need to check out their amazing food and sessions! I'm still volunteering at Marie Curie in Glasgow, booked our wedding venue, collecting some more certificates, and I've even started decorating the house 😭. Now, I'm all set to return to work this Friday, the 21st! 🎉

Firstly, I just want to say a huge thank you to all of my lovely clients for your patience and understanding during my time away. ❤️ Due to college commitments, I’ve had to take a short step back, but I’m excited to be back working again from next week!

My new working hours will be:

🌿 Wednesday: 5pm – 7pm
🌿 Friday: 9am – 5pm
