My client had previously had her lightened else where after being red. Due to her mixed heritage it’s naturally very dry & dark. Previous lightening had caused further dryness & if I’m honest I was a little unsure if to proceed 😅

How ever I’m so glad we did. We opted for a teasy light, switching between developers for the lift, 6% where needed, 3% & 1.9% to maintain the hair’s integrity & not to compromise any further.

Flashed the remaining hair out of foil with lightener & 1.9% to get rid of the red hues.

Once developed, on dry hair root melt using 5.1+ 1.8%

Mid lengths & ends equal amounts of 8.71+ 8.81+ 1.8%

Finished with a layered cut 🤗
