Join us this Saturday 8th August at Sauna&Plunge for a full day of contrast and movement, with sauna, cold plunge and studio classes running from 8am - 7pm.
We’ll be there from 10am - 4pm with the REPOWR Hydration Station, and every guest will receive complimentary REPOWR samples to keep them hydrated throughout the day.
