At EKS Clinic, we specialise in non-surgical aesthetic treatments to rejuvenate the face.
You might not need filler at all, here’s why:
Sometimes the face starts to look less firm, slightly hollow or more tired because collagen levels have reduced and the skin has lost some of its underlying support
In these cases, simply adding filler into individual areas may not be the best first step
Treatments such as Sculptra and Juläine work by stimulating your own collagen over time, helping to gradually improve firmness, support and overall skin quality without creating an immediately “filled” appearance
Filler can still be the right choice when precise volume, shape or definition is needed. But for someone wanting a softer, more gradual improvement across the face, a collagen stimulating treatment may be more suitable
The right choice depends on your facial structure, skin quality and goals. That’s why I assess the face as a whole before recommending treatment (and will often say no if I don’t think a particular treatment is right for you)

Beautiful lips, built over time
This patient started with naturally small lips, especially the upper lip, and wanted a fuller, more defined shape. Instead of adding too much in one session, the volume was built gradually to keep everything soft, balanced and in proportion to the face.
At the nine month mark, the lips were still looking smooth, defined and naturally full. Just how we like it!
The patient returned for a small top up to refresh the volume and maintain the result. Some swelling is present immediately after, which will settle over the next few days.
