Pedicure Policy

To ensure every client receives the treatment they have booked and to respect our therapists' time, please read the following before your appointment.

Standard Pedicure – 45 Minutes (£45)
Our 45-minute Standard Pedicure is not a hard skin removal or callus peel treatment.

This treatment includes:
Foot soak
Nail trimming and filing
Cuticle tidy
Light skin buffing
Foot scrub
Nail polish application

Please note that this service is designed as a maintenance pedicure for clients who have regular foot care.

If You Need Extra Care
If you have significant hard skin, calluses, cracked heels, or have not had a pedicure for a long time, please book the appropriate extended treatment.
We offer a range of pedicures to suit different needs. Please read the treatment descriptions carefully before booking.

Additional Time & Charges
It has become increasingly common for clients to ask our therapists during a 45-minute appointment to "just do a little bit more." Unfortunately, these requests often turn a 45-minute service into a 60–90 minute treatment.

Our therapists cannot provide additional treatments or significantly extend appointment times without the appropriate charge.
If additional work is requested and time allows, extra time will be charged accordingly. If there is insufficient time, the therapist may recommend booking a longer pedicure on another day.
Please do not put our therapists in the uncomfortable position of providing extra services without payment. Respecting appointment times allows us to stay on schedule for all clients.

Footwear
If you are having your nails polished, please bring open-toe shoes or flip-flops.
Closed shoes can smudge or damage freshly applied polish. We cannot be responsible for polish that is damaged after leaving the salon due to unsuitable footwear.
