The muscle soreness today got me from this 42” on repeat 😆 As I got used to dancing every week i m not as sore as in the beginning . Today though was a different story!
Can’t believe i did 5km run this morning ( i had to) and then gave 6hours of Massage therapy ! Technically my dancing might not be perfect but the stamina i have is on point!

Is Aristea still doing Yoga?
I never signed up to be a marketing specialist and honestly i have zero patience of filming practice and posting or even taking Yoga pics anymore. I usually practice morning after my runs sweaty and messy.
Instagram business aspect really made me anxious especially running all things out of here like bookings, giving the actual treatments or teaching the class, organising retreats, accounting, newsletters . And also i m quite against AI so cannot make it quick thing and authentic to my own voice and thoughts!
Here for the actual day to day and keeping up with everyone - everywhere in the world

I ve never took pics in the sea but thats the perks of an almost 18 year old niece .roumpiii
This time we are not even far from Athens. Just 2 hours drive and you can swim in Aegean Sea ! Evoia Island:) South part. Used to come here in my 20s for free camping all the time! Good to be back after so long!
