I don’t think I’ve ever felt pressure quite like this.
Starting a new business is exciting, but I definitely underestimated just how much of yourself it asks of you. The worry, the responsibility, the constant wondering if you’re doing enough… while trying to remember to actually enjoy the thing you worked so hard for.
But then I look around and realise — we’re growing every single day. New faces are walking through our doors, people are recommending us, coming back, bringing their friends… and slowly, this little dream of ours is becoming real.
We’re still new. We’re still learning. We definitely don’t have it all figured out. But I have never been more grateful for a chapter of my life.
Thank you to every single person supporting REWIND in these early days. Every booking, share, message and recommendation means more to us than you’ll ever know.
One day I know I’ll look back at these overwhelming beginning days and wish I could experience them all over again. 🤍

Yesterday someone came into the spa and said, My friend didn’t even know you were here….
And it got me thinking… there are probably so many people locally who still have absolutely no idea we exist 🥹
We’re a brand new business. We don’t have some massive marketing budget. We’re just trying to get our name out there and let people know what we’ve created in Ashbourne.
So… let’s see what social media can do. 🤍
