It’s fascinating how many people will avoid the gym for years, then spend tens of thousands on a BBL, etched abs or body contouring.
Nothing wrong with any of those procedures. They can be brilliant. But let’s not pretend they’re a substitute for building muscle, improving your fitness or preventing the muscle loss that naturally comes with age.
