WE’RE HIRING | OFFICE MANAGER

Fountain of Youth – Balzan, Malta
Part-Time | Rotating Shifts | Alternate Saturdays

We’re looking for someone special to manage our beautiful deluxe beauty salon — taking care of our front desk and clients, while overseeing the day-to-day organisation and smooth running of the space.

MAIN DUTIES

- Welcome and assist clients
- Manage calls, enquiries and our online booking system
- Process payments
- Manage stock, inventory and product orders
- Handle general office administration
- Oversee the organisation and presentation of the salon
- Ensure daily operations run smoothly

REQUIREMENTS

- ECDL certification or equivalent computer proficiency
- Excellent spoken and written English is essential
- Confident using online systems and managing bookings
- Professional and confident when dealing with clients
- Previous experience in office management, reception, customer service or beauty is an advantage

HOURS

Tuesday–Friday: 9:30 AM–2:30 PM or 2:15 PM–7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:30 AM–5:30 PM, alternate Saturdays

Competitive salary + product sales commission after probation
Staff discounts on treatments and products.
