We’re in this together! For your protection as well as ours, and in compliance with ECQ policies, please be guided on our rules in all transactions:

1) Client must wear a mask at all times during a transaction.
2) Client must present his/her valid government-issued ID with photo and his/her quarantine pass on demand. We reserve the right to refuse sale for missing, invalid, or not own IDs and passes, or any failure or refusal to present such IDs and passes on demand, under this rule.
3) For social distancing, client must then leave empty medical oxygen tank/s (when applicable) beside our outer door and step back 2 meters (ie. 4 steps) before we approach, inspect and receive the tank/s.
4) If empty tank/s are in good working order, we will then present full tanks for client’s inspection, payment, and receiving.
5) Cash payments will be received through a receptacle or envelope to be provided by us.

We recommend that clients also bring their own cleaning solution to apply to surfaces of our full tanks before receiving and handling them.

We sell medical-grade oxygen. Bring your own tank for exchange, or make a deposit if without own tank.
