Healthy aging facial
Not only does it help plump, hydrate but it also brightens! The healthy aging facial literally does it all but I am almost out I could probably do maybe 3 more
Sorry… my skin had other plans today 🤍
Facials are still my favorite, but don’t underestimate a good infrared sauna session. Better circulation, a healthy glow, muscle recovery, and an hour where nobody needs anything from me? That’s a win.

Massage school is keeping me busy, but at least I have the cutest study partners… even if their only contribution is snoring and eating markers
