Okay, friends…I have to share one of my current wellness obsessions. 🌿

I’ve been slowly making some safer swaps around our home for the things we use every single day for laundry, cleaning, personal care and I’m LOVING these products from The Wellness Store!

I’m especially excited about these cleaners because they actually work, smell amazing, and I feel good about using them around my family. 🙌

I’ve been wanting to share them with my Eden Roots family because I know so many of you are on your own health and wellness journeys, too. Sometimes it’s the little swaps that add up!

Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is eat something and go back to sleep.

I know that might not sound like the devotional insight you were expecting. Not every hard season requires more striving, more praying, more pushing through. Sometimes what your soul actually needs is what God prescribed for Elijah at his lowest point in 1 Kings 19: bread, sleep, and the gentlest voice saying get up and eat.

God is not disappointed in your exhaustion.
He is tender toward it.

Rest is not the absence of faith. Sometimes it is exactly what He is asking of you. And on the other side of the rest, He will still be there with everything you need for the next step. 💛

Every once in a while, a client review stops me in my tracks and reminds me just how incredibly blessed I am to do what I do. 🫶🏻

To the clients who continue to trust me with their time, their stories, their bodies, their healing, their tears, their laughter, and their very tired nervous systems, thank you!

Eden Roots has grown because of the overwhelming love, support, referrals, and loyalty of the amazing people already on my caseload. Because of that incredible loyalty, I am still not accepting new clients.

I know that can be disappointing if you’ve been hoping to get on my schedule, and I truly don’t take that lightly. But right now, protecting the quality of care and the relationships I have with my existing clients means being honest about my capacity. A little part of my heart was starting to break having telling new clients reaching out, almost daily, that I can’t take them on.

So today, instead of apologizing for being booked, I want to celebrate it. 🙌
