Born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Rob learned very early on the importance of technique, education, and reliability at the Parkside Career & Technology Education Center where he received his Cosmetology education. While cultivating the level of skill Rob has developed he was consistently inspired, motivated and mentored by some of the industries greatest, Marie Turner, Corie Brooks, D' Wilford, Marquetta Breslin, and Kiyah Wright to name a few. His goal to become one of the most talented hairstylists was a core focus and became a driving force in building his career moving forward. Fast-Forward to now, Rob is one of the most sought-after hairstylists in the DMV area. Through specializing in hair extension application and its many seamless-undetectable techniques, Rob has built a solid clientele of every day working women, entrepreneurial women in various career focuses, as well as clients in the entertainment industry. Working exclusively with reputable hair extensions vendors to provide impeccable weave installations, Rob’s weaving techniques offers the ability to change up styling options while both protecting the clients’ natural hair and suiting their working lifestyle. Transforming women and making them feel like their “best-self” through the design of wig units and seamless extensions applications is his forte. Rob has had the opportunity to familiarize himself with brands such as Sabastian Professional Products, Design Essentials, Schwarzkopf Professional, Joico, Pravanna , and Tigi to name a few. While exploring these products to flourish his brand, Rob has also taken on the role of Lead Hair Stylist for gospel recording artist NeeCee Trott; not to mention, numerous fashion shows and productions in the DC Metropolitan Area. Robert’s goal is to continue embracing women and adding to the self-esteem of many. He plans to have several salons built and established where he’ll breed some of greatest beauty professionals in the world. “I plan on Educating and giving all of the knowledge and wisdom I have from my experiences in the industry.” Creating a community/team focused empire of salons that provide exceptional services and even grater personalities is his desire.
