Cara Arbogash | Texas Hairstylist never ceases to amaze us. She put her mind and intentions towards not only becoming an educator for Davines, but also for our education department Salon Education 🌱

This is not easy to accomplish. In a salon full of high achievers. The bench marks and measurables to becoming an educator with us is high. Not only do a handful of KPI’s need to be at a high level, one’s leadership and positive mindset need to be one of contagion, inspiration and cheering others on.

Cara has done just that. She is officially part of the team and has already begun implementing new ideas and suggestions for an ever evolving and growing program.

We’re so excited to announde Marissa • Atx hair • lived in color has been promoted to Lead Educator for our Phase 2 portion of our Education Program Salon Education 🌱

Marissa has demonstrated a willingness to learn, grow, and lead by example. She has worked so hard to prove she’s ready for this type of leadership role. One one of the qualities we look for is not perfection, but a willingness to take feedback openly and improve.

Marissa has recently been givin the Envoy title with Davines North America and has been part of the Phase 2, foiling team for a while. She will now be helping to create curriculum, organizing schedules, responding to concerns, identifying growth opportunities, coaching, quality control, client concerns and more!

This position is not easy to attain. We really take our time with selecting a Lead. Through a lot of hard work, Marissa has earned this title and we could not be more proud.
