Brick laying when brush styling is exactly what it sounds like: taking sections in a pattern that resembles bricks on a building or shingles on a roof.

Instead of creating perfectly symmetrical sections all the way up the head, each section overlaps the one below it.

This helps break up those section lines and creates more movement and volume throughout the hair ✨
