Meet Carlie Agenbroad, Extension & Color Artist at our Highlands Ranch location. 🤍
With decades of experience behind the chair, Carlie specializes in fusion, K-tip, and hand-tied extensions and is one of our go-to mentors for stylists growing their skills in the extension world. Ask anyone on the team—she’s the person you go to with questions.
A Colorado native, Carlie is usually joined by her Goldendoodle, Arlo, whether at the salon or out adventuring. Outside of work, she loves traveling, working out, and enjoying the outdoors, including e-biking and boogie boarding at the beach. She’s just as passionate about her own growth as she is about helping her clients and fellow stylists grow, making time for journaling, meditation, and new experiences along the way.
She’s also a proud mom of a teenager, often found cheering her son on from the football sidelines.

What happens to hair extensions after 4 weeks, so nobody's surprised by it:
Weeks 1 to 3, everything sits exactly where it was installed.
Week 4, your natural hair has grown out enough that you may start to feel it — that's a normal part of the process, not a sign anything went wrong.
Weeks 5 to 8, that's your maintenance window. Your stylist will recommend the right timing based on your hair's health, because no two guests, or heads of hair, are the same. Some guests can comfortably go 8 to 10 weeks, depending on how their hair grows.
Wait too long past your recommended window, and it's your natural hair that takes the hit, not the extensions.
This is the part most hair extension salons don't explain upfront. We do, every time.
