Fall is frequently associated with themes of transition, transformation, release, loss, death, and the grief that often accompanies it all.

Fall shows us, we are not unlike trees. In order to conserve, preserve, and store what will nourish us through Winter, and not just ensure our growth, but also our vitality come Spring, we must first shed that which no longer serves us. This often looks a lot like dying…

But Fall, is more than just a time for letting go… Fall is also a time for calling in… for breathing deeply… for embracing the new experiences that come come with unexpected or even intentional change. It’s a time for reflection and for getting really clear, through the practice of careful discernment, on what we value most and want to carry forward, to sustain and nourish our soul, and to provide the warmth and glow that will lead us through the darkness of the upcoming season, until the light returns.

And so this Saturday, November 13th, from 1-4 pm, we invite you to sit in community and healing with us, at the beautiful Sweet Delilah Farm on Sauvie Island, to call in clarity, as we close Fall, transitioning into Winter.

For Covid safety and also intimacy, we have chosen to limit this event to 6 tickets.

✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

To open the afternoon, Chelsea will guide us through a combination of meditation, breath work and yoga postures to clear the mind, call in compassion and clarity, calm the nervous system, and nourish our bodies.

We will then join in community and ritual to release… to call in… to share… to plant seeds… to set intentions… and to discuss the energetics that will best support our transition from Fall into Winter.

Jessica will then close the afternoon with qigong, acupuncture tailored for support with what you hope to call in, and a sound bath that will soothe, soften, embrace and heal.

✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

We cannot wait to share this very special afternoon with you.

Tickets are live through the linktree in my bio or directly through the Shopify store on the Sweet Delilah Farm website!!! See you there!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

How much time do you spend in a state of contraction? And how often do you take a moment to breathe? To soften? To expand?

So much of the world is signaling for you to contract right now. To retreat. To shield. To protect. To divide. To fear. To contract. To contract. To contract.

But we aren’t meant to remain in a state of contraction for long. Contraction makes it hard to breathe. To find peace. To be.

And so I challenge you with this...

In a world compressing you into contraction, take a moment to expand instead. To pause. To soften. To truly relax. To open. To receive. To breathe. To remind yourself that you’ve made it this far. That you are still here. Take a moment to sit in the gratitude of that very simple fact. You are still here.

It only takes a moment. The second you feel your shoulders or heart begin to tighten and contract, notice that feeling. Notice any thoughts that may accompany it. Notice it. Acknowledge it. Accept it as information, and then make the conscious choice to soften. Soften the edges and borders of the tightness, and as as you begin to fully relax, allow yourself to breathe. Slowly, deeply, fully, intentionally inhale, and as you exhale, let it all flow through you. All of that energy. Let it flow. Don’t try to fight the contraction. It’s safe to allow it, to feel it... just don’t get stuck there. Contract and soften around it. Contract and then expand. Expand. Expand.

Another photo of the forest with a rainbow in the trees is layered on top to create a double exposure, where the rainbow expands between her hands and over her head. She is at peace and in deep meditation.
