Professional Human Massage Therapy

Veterans, LGBTQ+ gender-diverse people, differently abled bodies, and anyone who's been running on empty — you belong on this table. Initially, I delved into massage therapy in the 1990s before building a career in ceramics, sculpture, and, later, hospice care. The COVID-19 pandemic steered me back to massage therapy, leading to my graduation from the San Francisco School of Massage and Bodywork. I specialize in Swedish and deep-tissue massage techniques, with additional training in myofascial release and lymphatic detox. My art and hospice care background has endowed me with intuitive hands and deep empathy, qualities I leverage to assist clients, especially those recovering from addiction or trauma. Massage therapy is an intimate dialogue, prioritizing attentive listening and skillful technique to tailor each treatment plan.
