As we celebrate 40 years of The Beauty Network, I am also reminded of how much I have loved continuing to learn and grow throughout my career.
I recently returned from both the Integrative Dermatology Symposium and the International Congress of Esthetics feeling encouraged and inspired. I was especially happy to discover several wonderful companies whose principles truly align with the philosophy I have practiced throughout my career.
The longevity of our skin is an important part of supporting the way our bodies age. The connection between the gut and the skin also took center stage at both conferences—principles that have been part of my practice for decades.
It is encouraging to see these important ideas finally receiving the attention they deserve, and to see more professionals and companies helping move this message forward.
That is also why it remains so important to me to continue providing personalized facial treatments—treatments that respect the individuality of each client’s skin, create meaningful results, and offer a little moment of calm and tranquility in our busy lives.
